HIV/AIDS Program

In January 2009, BRAADC was funded by the EBR City-Parish’s HOWPA program to better serve the HIV/AIDS population who also are suffering from an addictive disorder. We are now able to provide greater case management, HIV testing to all our clients, and the ability of getting this population into long-term treatment or better housing situations. These clients can stay up to 28 days to stabilize and prepare themselves for long term treatment.
