Admissions

BRAADC was created to support individuals as they take their first step on the road to recovery. Our trained counselors and staff are passionate about creating an environment that is safe and comforting. Allow us to be part of your support system as you discover the strength you possess. Your recovery starts with a phone call.

Requirements and Procedures:

  • Individual must be over 18 years of age.
  • A current user of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • Must be willing to enter our program voluntarily.
  • The person desiring treatment must contact us directly.
  • A short interview will occur.
  • Due to confidentiality issues, we will only be able to directly interview the person desiring treatment, unless written authorization to do otherwise is given.
  • It may take several days before a bed becomes available.
  • Once a bed becomes available, we will contact the individuals on the waiting list in the order in which their names were placed. We must be able to speak to the specific person directly, and they will have to verify their identity with us. The person who is the first to respond and is readily available to come in will be placed in that available bed. In most cases, placements can only be booked for the day that the bed becomes available. We cannot hold a bed beyond the current day.
  • A time for admission will be arranged with that person. If the person will be running late, they must contact us to change the appointment time as this placement is time sensitive.
  • Intake admissions may be booked for anytime between 1 pm and 10 pm daily, and we will attempt to accommodate the client based on personnel availability.
